Today it consists of three product families: dragees, coated chocolates and confectionery. The company benefits from the best raw material supplies.

Our expertise

The tradition, know-how, quality and creativity are part of the values that have built the company’s reputation. Production , storage area under controlled temperature and offices cover almost 5000 m². The annual production is 600 tons of sweets.

Adam, since 1912

The company, established in 1912 by the family ADAM, has become a dynamic company at the center of Alsace, employing about 30 people, and has kept its traditional character. For this centennial company confectionery is a long family history. In its beginnings ADAM mainly proposed the dragee, historical product, manufactured with almonds from Italy, France and Spain, hazelnuts or chocolate.Quickly, the range has been extended with a range of products even more original and delicious.
